I just finished my first day of the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. It absolutely kicked my ass. But my goal right now is 15-20 lbs and according to the momma's on Baby-Gaga this is THE workout. Hopefully I will stick through it next week when my family comes in to visit.
